General Terms and Conditions

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours.
• For deliveries within Switzerland the price includes the costs of delivery.
• For deliveries outside of Switzerland delivery costs are invoiced in addition to the price.
• Products are delivered with a best before date of at least 15 weeks.
• Maya Popcorn commits to deliver all products with the accustomed high level of Maya premium quality.
• Ordered goods cannot be returned.
• Maya Popcorn assumes no liability for errors on labels created by you. You assume all costs incurred by such errors.
• Maya Popcorn reserves the right to reject advertising tins with offensive text or inappropriate images.
• The delivery period is generally at least 4 weeks. Shorter delivery times may be possible after prior agreement with Maya Popcorn.
• In the case of pre-payments the 4-week delivery period starts once the money has arrived at Maya Popcorn.
