TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN MAYA POPCORN'S INSTAGRAM SWEEPSTAKES<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. General<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sweepstakes is organized by Egli AG Import und Vertrieb, Im Langhag 11, 8307 Effretikon (hereinafter referred to as the \"Organizer\") via the Maya Popcorn wall on the Instagram page (instagram.com\/maya.popcorn). The users, hereinafter referred to as \"Participants\", accept these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Sweepstakes.<\/p>\n

2. About the sweepstakes<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The general data protection provisions of Instagram apply. Any further data processing by the organizer, with the exception of the use of the participant data in question to process the sweepstakes, does not take place. Participation in the sweepstakes takes place via the Maya Popcorn Instagram page (contest post). The further dissemination of the content, such as by sharing the content via one's own chronicle using Instagram functions, is not a prerequisite for participation in the sweepstakes and does not increase the chances of winning. To enter the Sweepstakes, the following steps must be completed, as indicated in the post:<\/p>\n

                      3. Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      All natural persons residing in Switzerland who have reached the age of 16 at the time of entry are eligible to enter. The sweepstakes begins and ends as stated in the post on the wall of the Maya Popcorn Instagram page.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4. Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      If possible, the prizes will be sent to a postal address in Switzerland or must be picked up at Egli AG in Effretikon. The prizes for the raffles will be communicated via the pinboard and correspond to the description in the respective post. The images of the prizes in the post may differ in color and model from the final prize received. Winners will be selected at random. In the case of posted contests that require a certain amount of creativity, a jury may also be called upon to determine the winner. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. The participants are responsible for the content in the comment fields.<\/p>\n

                      5. Contacting the winners<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      The winners will be mentioned by name in a post and asked to contact the organizer using the message function. If the winner does not contact the organizer via Instagram message within the period of 7 days, a new winner will be evaluated.<\/p>\n

                      6. Exclusion of participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the campaign and all employees of the organizer are excluded from participation. Sweepstakes clubs as well as automated sweepstakes services are also not eligible to participate. The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation without notification and justification, or to delete entries if there are justified reasons, such as suspicion of violation of the conditions of participation or attempted manipulation, etc.. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to take legal action.<\/p>\n

                      7. No connection to Instagram<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      This sweepstake is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. It also has no other connection to Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for any of the content posted as part of this promotion. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but the organizer. The organizer respectively each participant indemnifies Instagram from any claims of third parties in connection with this sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should not be directed to Instagram, but to the Promoter at info@egli-import.ch.<\/p>\n

                      8. Right to cancel\/modify the Campaign<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      The Promoter may adjust the Campaign at any time and reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes for cause. Cancellation for good cause may occur, in particular if proper execution of the sweepstakes can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Legal recourse is excluded. The place of jurisdiction is Effretikon. Swiss law shall apply.<\/p>\n

Kontaktaufnahme zu den Gewinnern: Die Gewinner werden namentlich in einem Post erw\u00e4hnt und darin aufgefordert, sich mittels der Nachrichten-Funktion beim Veranstalter zu melden. Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht innert der Frist von 7 Tagen beim Veranstalter per Instagram-Nachricht, wird ein neuer Gewinner evaluiert. 6. Ausschluss der Teilnahme: Alle an der Konzeption und Umsetzung der Kampagne beteiligten Personen und s\u00e4mtliche Angestellte des Veranstalters sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Gewinnspielvereine sowie automatisierte Gewinnspiel-Dienste sind ebenfalls nicht teilnahmeberechtigt.
